Come over here, little man ... I'll now do a little workout at home - and while I do my workout, you'll be stuck under my foot! Just a little pressure and your tiny body is squished enough to be firmly stuck on my foot sole. For the first few exercises, your head will stick out to the side, so you can look up my giant body and see part of the foot that's slowly crushing you more and more - and there's nothing you can do about it! But I'll be nice as well ... I'll do some exercises where I don't stand, jump and stomp on you - like the plank ... where you'll still be under my foot sole, but you won't have to carry the weight of my body. But it's not going to be for long ... for the next exercise, I'll need you under my foot sole completely to stop me from slipping! After my workout I could really need a little snack ... maybe I should just eat you? No, you're too sweaty and salty now ... I'll keep you as my little workout buddy ... Komm hier her, kleiner Mann ... ich werde nun ein kleines Workout machen - und während meines ausgiebigen Trainings, wirst du unter meinem Fuß kleben! Nur ein bisschen Druck und dein kleiner Körper ist genug zerquetscht, dass du fest an meiner Fußsohle klebst. Während der ersten Übungen schaut dein Kopf noch neben meinem Fuß heraus, so dass du meinen riesigen Körper bewundern kannst und einen Teil meines Fußes siehst, der dich immer mehr zerquetscht - und es gibt nichts, was du dagegen tun kannst! Aber ich werde auch nett sein ... ich werde einige Übungen machen, wie die Plank, bei denen ich nicht auf dir stehe, springe oder stampfe ... du wirst zwar noch an meiner Fußsohle kleben, aber nicht das Gewicht meines Körpers tragen müssen. Aber diese Pause währt nicht zu lange ... für die nächste Übung werde ich dich komplett unter meine Fußsohle legen! Nach meinem Workout könnte ich wirklich einen kleinen Snack gebrauchen ... vielleicht sollte ich einfach dich essen? Nein, du bist nun voller Fußschweiß und zu salzig ... dich behalte ich als meinen Workout-Buddy ...
