I look at him pleased as he completes the job and shows me his black tongue. In the meantime, I have finished my coffee and carefully check that he has polished everything: my boots are as clean as new, I can send him away and I also give him my empty cup.

Pulisce prima uno dei miei stivali fino a farlo diventare lucido e passa poi all'altro: è davvero un maiale da quanto gli piace leccare il fango. Lo guardo compiaciuta mentre completa il lavoro e mi mostra la sua lingua nera. Io intanto ho finito il caffè e controllo attentamente che abbia lucidato tutto: sono come nuovi, posso concedarlo e gli affido anche la mia tazza vuota.
