Today I want to show my followers some self-defence techniques. On the street, you can meet a lot of thugs. With me is this small and useless man who will help me in the demonstration. UMILIANTE AUTODIFESA

Oggi voglio mostrare ai miei followers alcune tecniche di autodifesa. Per strada si possono incontrare parecchi delinquenti. Con me c'è questo uomo piccolo ed inutile che mi aiuterà nella dimostrazione. Iniziamo..... Lo prendo per un braccio e lo faccio cadere a terra bloccandolo e premendo sulla sua testa il mio piede che la copre completamente. Successivamente lo prendo a ginocchiate nello stomaco ed a calci nelle palle. Quando cade in ginocchio gli blocco la testa tra le mie possenti gambe e le braccia con le mie mani. Lo lascio e gli rifilo un bel calcio in testa. Si alza ed inizio a calciargli la testa in stille karate e lo stomaco frontalmente. Cade.. Prova a rialzarsi ed inizio a pestarlo con le piante dei mie piedi sulla testa, i fianchi e le palle. Si riaccascia di nuovo.. Appena si rialza gli blocco il collo cne le mie possenti braccia e gli calcio ancora i coglioni. Finisce ancora a terra con la mia pianta sulla sua faccia.. E' a terra e continuo a prenderlo a calci. Lo spingo contro la ragnatela e lo prendo anche a ginocchiate . Ormai è allo stremo e solo per miracolo riesce a stare in piedi. Le mie ginocchia lo colpiscono sulla pancia e sui fianchi i miei piedi gli massacrano le palle. Distrutto e sconfitto lo blocco a terra con una mossa di sottomissione pestandolo con le mie piante sulla pancia. Quando non ne può piu gli ordino di allontanarsi strisciando.
