Then it's Maya's turn to climb onto his abdomen while I make him kiss my soles when he raises his head. The two of us also get on him at the same time and the only pause we allow him is to make him lick and clean our dirty shoes thoroughly. The exercises resume and he will have to bear the weight and the kicks of both of us until he collapses in exhaustion.

LADY SCARLET - UNA GINNASTICA PARTICOLARE

Oggi sono in compagnia della mia amica Maya e le presento il mio zerbino ciccione, steso per terra sembra meno grasso ma basta toccarlo per capire quanto sia flaccido. Proprio per questo gli ho comprato un attrezzo per fargli allenare gli addominali e lo invito a usarlo. Sembra contento, l’esercizio non è difficile ma Maya gli spiega subito che per un’attività fisica efficace si deve sempre aumentare lo sforzo… Passiamo quindi al livello successivo e salgo con i miei stivali sul suo addome mentre continua a contrarre gli addominali e si vede subito che la fatica aumenta. Poi è il turno di Maya che sale sul suo addome mentre io gli faccio baciare la suola quando alza la testa. Saliamo anche in due su di lui e l’unica pausa è per fargli leccare e pulire per bene le nostre scarpe sporche. Si riprende con gli esercizi e dovrà sopportare il peso e i calci di entrambe fino a quando cederà stremato.
