The insane abs-workout is based on twenty solid punches, terrific body blows that hit with metronomic precision all my abdominal area: belly, stomach, liver, solar plexus. The first series of ten belly punches will be thrown with boxing gloves, the last ten... bare knuckles (only a thin bandage will separate her bare right hand from the bruised skin of my fat belly). Before each body punch, the young and beautiful fighter will perform a triple combo punches (right-left right-left right-left!) in front of a camera in pov style: so, for a while, “you” will be the human target of this strong girl. Then, our tireless athlete is ready to show you her house speciality: the Middle Kick! You will see 30 powerful body kicks (6 series of 5 strong kicks to the midsection with tibia guards) and other 30 thrown with bare tibia (ouch!) and bare sexy feet. Yes, 60 middle kicks: not a video, but a real crazy one-side beatdown! At the end of the clip, not only the fakir’s belly will be red and sore, but also the kickboxer's right foot will be red and bruised... don't try to do anything like that at home, if you aren’t well trained and in perfect health! I remember you that both the fakir and the female fighter have worn a face mask before, during and after the shooting in order to respect italian laws during Covid emergency! Sacco umano per fighter

In un unico video mozzafiato (“mozzafiato” nel vero senso della parola), ho riunito le due durissime sessioni a base di pugni e calci con la mia giovanissima e bellissima amica lottatrice. Se siete appassionati di belly punching e amate i calci veri, inferti da fighter professioniste, questo è il video che fa per voi! Nella prima parte della clip vedrete la mia amica kickboxer (non ancora ventenne) applicare i bendaggi alle sue mani da picchiatrice e sentirete il suono della chiusura a strappo dei guantoni... pronti a percuotermi come se il mio stomaco fosse un sacco da boxe! Venti pugni in tutto, ma colpi seri che vanno dritti al bersaglio (pancia, stomaco, plesso solare, fegato). I primi dieci cazzotti - ganci da paura! - verranno tirati con i guantoni. L’ultima micidiale serie da dieci, invece, senza guantoni, con le nocche protette soltanto da sottili bendaggi, a strettissimo contatto con la parete addominale del sacco umano. Prima di ogni colpo, la giovane fighter si esibirà in una triplice combinazione destro-sinistro davanti alla cinepresa: avrete voi stessi l’impressione di essere usati come sacchi da boxe! Il piatto forte della seconda parte è invece il middle kick, uno dei calci più potenti negli sport da combattimento. Come antipasto alla performance di middle kick, la giovanissima fighter, scalderà la sua muscolatura (e i miei addominali) con una serie di dieci front kick (devastanti!). Dopo il doloroso riscaldamento a base di calci frontali, è giusto che la nostra atleta si scateni con la specialità della casa: il middle kick. Trenta middle kick (6 serie da 5 calci) con paratibie... e trenta middle kicks a gambe e piedi nudi! Non un video, ma un vero e proprio massacro... non provate a fare nulla del genere a casa vostra, se non siete allenati e in perfette condizioni di salute! Tengo a precisare che il video è stato girato in condizioni di sicurezza (mascherina prima, durante e dopo le riprese in ossequio alle disposizioni dello stato italiano per l’emergenza Coronavirus).
