Italy is under the snow and Mister Apnea got sick. Since the ItalFetish producer has a very stuffy and congested nose, he takes the decision to go to Alessia, a beautiful new age therapist who specialized in holistic treatments for fetishists with flu. A Mister Apnea viene chiesto di respirare molto profondamente (inspirare ed espirare, inspirare ed espirare…). Fin da subito le sue sensibilissime narici vengono investite da odori fortissimi: puzza di scarpa da ginnastica, di calzino sporco, di tallone, di dita appiccicate di sudore, di piedi non lavati.
