Sie trampeln seinen Bauch um seine Bauchorgane zu testen. Sie testen seine Nase für den geruch, in demsie ihm ihre weiss bestrumpften Füsse auf das Gesicht drücken. Sie testen seine Atmung in dem sie sich mit ihren Ärschen auf das Gesicht setzen und ihm die Luft abdrücken. Doch Mr. Dubrofsky zeigt keine Besserung. Daher beschließt das sonderbare Arztpersonal ihm eine Spritze zu verpassen um ihm noch besser untersuchen zu können. Die Schwester verpasst ihm eine kräftige Dosis mit der Spritze und nachdem Dubrofsky in einen Dämmerschlaf gefallen ist, beginnen die zwei Sadistinnen sich noch mehr an ihm auszuleben. Sie trampeln ihn heftig und stopfen ihm ihren weissen Slip und Nylons in den Mund und setzen sich mit dem Arsch in ihrem Schwesternoutfit auf sein Gesicht.
